Yellowstone Package: Our overnight trip to Yellowstone National Park is included for no additional charge with any one week or longer package. For all shorter packages, add $100 for each adult (based on double occupancy for hotel) and $75 for each child (accompanied by an adult).

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your package at the time of booking your reservation. Because of the limited number of groups, deposits are not refundable but may be credited toward a visit at another time. If you must cancel your stay, you must notify our office in writing. After thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire time of your reservation. Above rates do not include lodging taxes, and are subject to change without notice. Personal checks, Travelers checks, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover are all accepted.

We are always conscious of your safety. You should be aware, however, that being on a wildlife reserve, hiking in the mountains, trail riding in the wilderness, encountering unpredictable wildlife or any activities in remote areas all involve inherent risks and hazards. For this reason, we require all guests to sign a liability and release waiver.

Since this is a wilderness experience, activities are subject to change or substitution because of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Because we only work with one private group at a time, we do have the flexibility to move many of our activities to different times or days if it helps provide you with the best experience possible.
